I assure you; this is Non-Fiction.

My cousin and I went to the Carnival. There were stores and booths, lots of food, and a care-worn Ferris Wheel. We stepped into a shop that sold ocean/beach themed Memorabilia: shirts, trinklets, and the like. My cousin saw something he liked and ran back to the car to grab his card. I stood by fingering the necklaces, eying the shirts as the women behind the counter waited expectantly for his return. (It was a rare thing for them to sell anything. Every buy was great fortune.) Afterward, my cousin, my friend, and I went to get Yogurt. I met a girl from Decathlon there; she was wearing a gray fur contraption. It was then She found the man that She loved. She was a normal person. He was most definitely not*. But after a series of unlucky Events, He screwed up and She found someone else, someone He found despicable. Years pass and She is full of the child that belongs to him, not Him. They - all of they** - rejoice. Finally, a Bearer, someone to continue the line. However, the birth is difficult; the child, large; the mother, human. He decides to act; He would not let His Love die. The other man also decides. For one Moment, a silent Agreement forms to cooperate for the sake of Their One Love. Yet just as They were about to attack, They are told the Delivery is a success. She is tired but well, the child healthy and large. Quite Large. He collapses on the floor in a heap of Relief as He whispers into those Eyes with an outstretched hand,

"I love you, I love you, I love you."

<-- reads from right to left

*He's a vampire!
**Vampire Clan!
+ there are also some syringes full of blue experimental liquid in this story (and He had a loyal follower friend), but that's beside the point.
